A Large Commission Now Hangs In Situ

From the moment the stretched canvas arrived, the next two months of summer were fully devoted to the creation of this commission piece. Each day began and ended in the studio, where color, movement, and intuition guided the work. The painting slowly revealed itself—layer by layer, gesture by gesture—as I poured my focus into translating emotion into form. It was an absorbing, invigorating process that carried me through the long days of heat and light, tethered to the rhythm of brush and pigment.

When the piece was finally complete, seeing it installed in the stunning space designed by @stoneledgestudio was deeply rewarding. The way the colors and textures settled into their new environment felt like the final, quiet exhale after months of work. I’m so grateful to Stoneledge Studio and their clients for their trust in my process and for allowing me to contribute to such a thoughtful, beautiful interior.
